Your enquiry details.

RT Commercial stores the name, contact details and requirements you submit, the associated property and page, your consent and the submission time. These records are held in our separate commercial application database and can be viewed by authorised staff.

Why we collect them

To understand and respond to your property enquiry. Submitting is not a marketing opt-in, a confirmed visit, a mandate or a purchase. This release does not automatically send your information to property operators, email services or WhatsApp providers.

Access and correction

Use your enquiry reference when asking the RT Commercial team to correct or remove your record. You can submit a follow-up request through the enquiry form. We may need to verify that you are the person the record concerns before acting.

Site infrastructure

Our server records request information for operation and security. The enquiry service uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit spam. Fonts and source-linked property photographs may load from third-party hosts, which receive normal browser requests. Property photographs are attributed to their source and may not reflect current condition or availability.
